how does a dance season work?

Our dance season runs from August - May and is split into 10 sessions (typically 4 weeks of class time). Dreamers are automatically re-enrolled into their classes next session unless the studio is otherwise notified by the parent. Notification of discontinuing a class must be given prior to the start date of the next session in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming session. There are no refunds for those who discontinue taking lessons at any time during a session.

• S1: August 17 - September 12 // August 16

• S2: September 14 - October 10 // September 13

• S3: October 12 - November 7 // October 11

• S4: November 9 - December 12 // November 8

• S5: December 14 - January 16 // December 13

• S6: January 18 - February 13 // January 17

• S7: February 15 - March 13 // February 14

• S8: March 15 - April 17 // March 14

• S9: April 18 - May 215 // April 18

• S10: May 16 - RECITAL // May 16

NOTE: Session 10 is 3 Calendar weeks. The dress rehearsal and recitals in June, 2025 will serve as the last session for all Dreamers.

MONTHLY TUITION RATES (INTO EFFECT 8/15/26)

Monthly tuition rates are based on the total number of classroom hours per week. Discounted rates are applied for multiple class hours. For example, a single 45 minute class taken weekly during a session (approx. 4 weeks) will cost $56. The cost is per session, not per week.

ENROLLMENT FEES

At the time of registration, a $40 family enrollment fee is assessed.

AUTO-PAY? YES!

At registration, you’ll submit a credit or debit card number and tuition will be paid via auto draft. Each session’s tuition will be automatically deducted on the Sunday prior to the start of the new session.

HOLIDAY BREAKS

• Labor Day: September 7

• Thanksgiving Break: November 25 - November 29

• Winter Break: December 21 - January 3 (Classes resume January 4)

• Spring Break: March 29 - April 4 (Classes resume April 5)

• Memorial Day: May 31

CLASS MAKEUP POLICY

In the event of a missed class, dreamers are welcome to take any class that coordinates with their age, even if it is a different style. Missed classes must be made up within 4 weeks from the date of absence.

studio cancellations

It the studio closes due to extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, or other discretionary measures, families will be notified right away. Dreamers are welcome to take any class as a makeup class, provided it coordinates with their age level.
